Unbeatable for cookies! They literally slide right off. We have had one for years and just got a second one to go with the second (Caphalon)1/2 sheet pan we just got. Just a warning, don’t use this on an insulated cookie sheet as you lose too much heat transfer. You don’t need a non-stick pan with these for bakery items.
